| Biographical
Information |
| Ms.
Littell is Project Manager in Tri State Surveying's
Global Positioning Surveying group. Ms. Littell
began her surveying and mapping career in
1983 serving in a Topographic Unit in the
United States Marine Corps. Ms. Littell then
worked for the National Geodetic Survey collecting
and processing GPS data and charting airports.
Ms. Littell then served on a team for the
United States Geological Survey in Antarctica
with the primary mission to relocate the geographic
south pole. Ms. Littell is very adept at post
processing GPS vector data and conducting
properly weighted network adjustments. |

| Ms.
Littell possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Survey Engineering from California State
University, Fresno. This unique education
provided Ms. Littell with the foundation in
surveying, mapping, mathematical adjustments,
photogrammetry and computer systems to function
on the cutting edge in the geomatics industry.
Ms. Littell excels at project management,
detail focus and providing our clients with
deliverable products that exceed their expectations.
