Biographical Information
Mr. Jefferson the President of Tri State Surveying. He is in charge of Public Works Projects, Global Positioning Surveying Services, Aerial Photogrammetry Services and Geographic Information Services for Tri State Surveying and is the Principal in Charge of the Las Vegas Valley Office in Southern Nevada. Mr. Jefferson serves on the Board of Directors for Tri State Surveying as the Business Services Manager. Mr. Jefferson's twenty-five year surveying career started in Boulder City, Nevada as a chainmen and draftsperson. Over the years Mr. Jefferson's experience has included conducting surveying and mapping projects throughout Southern Nevada, the Northeastern Nevada Elko area, the Truckee Meadows area of Reno and throughout the States of California and Arizona.
 
Prior to joining Tri State Surveying Mr. Jefferson served as Office Manager for a large engineering and surveying company in Fresno, California and as the Survey Manager for two of the largest surveying and engineering companies in the Las Vegas Valley. Mr. Jefferson has extensive experience in the technical aspects of surveying and mapping, in particular global positioning and photogrammetry, and frequently serves as expert witness in court litigation cases.
 
Mr. Jefferson enjoys camping, hiking, snow shoeing, cross county skiing, computer graphics design, attending car shows with his '57 Merc and the history and memorabilia of the Virginia & Truckee Railroad.
