Biographical Information
Mr. Lindesmith is a Principal of Tri State Surveying, Ltd. and serves as a Project Manager in our Mapping and Water Rights Services. Mr. Lindesmith also serves as Tri State Surveying's Quality Assurance Officer and is responsible for auditing all Project Managers for conformance with Tri State's Quality Assurance Program. Mr. Lindesmith has sixteen years of professional land surveying experience conducting surveys in the Truckee Meadows area and throughout the State of Nevada. Mr. Lindesmith has over thirty years of surveying and mapping experience and is recognized as a local expert on land division mapping and water rights in northwestern Nevada. Mr. Lindesmith has instructed seminars and written examination questions on water rights in Nevada for the Professional Land Surveyors Examination. Mr. Lindesmith also serves as Tri State Surveying's in-house expert on land development entitlements and encumbrances.
 
Mr. Lindesmith also specializes in complex boundary establishment and the assessment, analysis and resolution of property conflicts, cadastral retracement surveys and ACSM/ALTA Land Title Surveys. Over his career Mr. Lindesmith has recorded over 250 land division maps and been in responsible charge of over 1,500 surveys. Mr. Lindesmith supervises Tri State's Title Abstracting group and manages our in-depth map and document research facility.
 
Mr. Lindesmith serves one of our four Project Manager for mapping and water rights projects. Mr. Lindesmith is responsible for the preparation of cost estimates, proposals, project supervision, client contact and project quality assurance.
 
Mr. Lindesmith's hobbies include avid snow skiing, supporting the University of Nevada, Reno athletic program, especially football. George is an enthusiastic Nebraska Cornhusker football fan.
