Biographical Information
Mr. Parrish has extensive training in a wide variety of land acquisition disciplines with state-of-the-art office and field equipment. Mr. Parrish has participated in multiple courses on program management, budget processes, supervision, conflict resolution and safety. Mr. Parrish has thirty-two years of Public Land Survey experience. He began his career as a Forest Service Surveyor conducting field cadastral surveys in five western National Forests and has inspected over 100 land survey contracts with private survey firms.
 
Mr. Parrish served as Forest Service Regional Land Surveyor in Ogden, Utah and Albuquerque, New Mexico with contracting and inspector responsibilities on a regional level. Mr. Parrish came to Nevada in 1985 as Tahoe-Carson Front Project Manager for the Bureau of Land Management where he supervised Public Land Surveys of National Forest Boundaries in nine counties of Nevada and California surrounding Lake Tahoe. In 1989 Mr. Parrish became Cadastral Survey Branch Chief for BLM in Nevada supervising Public Land Surveys, under Federal authority for the BLM, other agencies and private clients upon request. His work included patent/deed line location, original survey evidence recovery, right-of-way location, water right determination, easement location and application processes.
 
Mr. Parrish's experience includes extensive title research, property location, right-of-way location, mineral right location, real property legal descriptions and deed and boundary location opinions. Mr. Parrish is recognized as the foremost authority in the State of Nevada recovering original evidence from Government Land Office and Bureau of Land Management Surveys.
 
Mr. Parrish is an avid fly fisherman and handyman dedicating a majority of his spare time to home improvement projects.
