Quality Assurance and Quality Control
 

Map MeetingAn important part of the success of Tri State Surveying can be attributed to our Quality Assurance Program. The Quality of Tri State’s services and products directly results in long term relationships with our clients, year after year, project after project.

Tri State’s Quality Assurance Program consists of six key elements which build quality into every project from start to finish:

 
  1. Staff familiarity with our company procedures and standards for services and products, as well as those standards or requirements specific to a particular client or agency.


  2. Detailed delineation of the Scope of Services and Deliverables for each phase of the project in a format satisfactory to each client.


  3. Development of a detailed Project Work Plan, keeping in mind that the plan must be dynamic in order to facilitate any necessary modifications throughout the project life.


  4. Regular Project Team meetings to ensure adherence to the Project Work Plan and facilitate early identification and resolution of issues that may require modification to the Project Work Plan.


  5. Active participation by senior professionals in responsible charge of the services and products provided for each project. At Tri State all Principals and Associates work directly with technical and administrative staff on projects to insure successful results.


  6. Key Milestone Progress Reviews to assure quality throughout the project life and most importantly, client satisfaction.
 

Photo MeetingOver the years, we have developed both field and office checklists for all of our products and services. These are reviewed at Project Team meetings along with project progress and milestones.

In order to maintain control of quality, all of our deliverables are reviewed for both quality and completeness by another in-house professional not directly involved in the project. We also routinely perform field verification and field review of mapping products prior to final delivery to the client.
