Tri
State Surveying, by industry standards, is an
extremely successful surveying, mapping and photogrammetry
firm with offices in Sparks, Las Vegas and Carson City. The
firm was founded in 1981, incorporated in 1986 and
has developed into
a full-service land information company. We have
grown from a two-man operation to employing a staff
of over thirty. This stable long term growth is a
direct result of: |
| |
|
(1) Specialization in the geomatics
fields of surveying and mapping; |
| |
|
(2) Presenting a professional attitude |
| |
|
(3) Maintaining long-term quality staff familiar with
our processes; |
| |
|
(4) Direct communication with our clients and attention
to their needs; and |
| |
|
(5) A unique team approach which
transforms challenges into opportunities. |
| |
Tri
State Surveying was formed with the basic concept
to provide complete, accurate surveying and mapping
services to our clients at reasonable fees. The
main goal being the most economical of the high
quality surveyors has been accomplished through
specialization. While we offer a complete range
of surveying, mapping, global positioning and aerial
photogrammetry services, we specialize in project
support for preliminary engineering, land division mapping,
support for final design and construction.
|
| |
|
Other services we provide our
clients include: expert witness consulting; boundary
and route surveys; right-of-way engineering; topographic
mapping; land division mapping; water rights management;
ALTA Land Title Surveys; title abstracting; all
aspects of construction surveying; and Geographic
Information Systems services, and are staffed and
equipped accordingly. This concentration on a limited
field of endeavor has insured quality of our services
and enabled us to control our overhead expenses.
